Discriminatory Violation of Human RightsDifferences in social status, socio-economic and ethnic conditions invite unsolicited discrimination from individuals, families, groups, societies and organizations within the country or globally. Denial of rights, positions and authorities of a person is violation of law and just and in turn the violation of humanity. Such discriminatory vagaries prove harmful to the society which abnegates hands of thousands who lend to its up thrust. The violations are fundamentally based on racial, social, economical, health, official and personal factors. Racial discrimination which is witnessed widely is on the grounds of color, creed, nationality and origin. Social factors such as religion, disability, age, gender, sexuality and behavioral genomes, Economical condition includes status, position and migrant differences. Health traits which lead to discrimination of the sick and the disabled are chronic diseases, sexually transmitted diseases such as HIV/AIDS, asthma, polio, mentally and physically challenged etc.
Official reasons are job discrimination, authoritative positions, and capacity of work, educational qualification and lingual variations. Personal factors are likely to come under hatred towards a person or misconceiving by an individual, guild, group, organization or society. But individual actions fall under criminal cases. Most of the damage caused by these violations are by the upper hand authorities and carried over ancestrally, forcefully or authoritatively. Such discriminatory actions and violation of human rights is strictly forbidden and is a punishable offence. The witness or the sufferer has the right to complain to the Government or humanity Organizations with the help of the local Police or FBI. People have to change. Their attitude has to change.
