Federal Civil Rights LawsThe piece legislation of United States of America is the federal civil rights laws. This was enacted in the year 1964. The law is mainly concerned with the discrimination of racialism and segregation of students based on racialism. Not only in schools has these racialism existed. It is also persists in colleges, public places and even at the working concern. The law was really a big hit and brought changes in the life of African Americans. The federal civil rights law particularly helped American women by providing laws for their rights and mainly for protection; which is indeed a greatest thing women need in her life. The legislation has also started commission for equal employment opportunity among all grades of people from low to high. The bill was initiated by john Kennedy and he took lot of steps for public accommodation, by banning against the discrimination which existed among people. He made the attorney general of America to pursue lawsuits against the state government for segregation of schools. The main aim of the law is to eradicate sex discrimination and to banish the ridiculous ideas by establishing the “equal play act “. May be the federal civil rights law seems to be concerned with women rights it also has its part in eradication of segregation and demography that exists between two parties. The major features of this act are prohibition for accessing public facilities on the basis of religion, sex and ethnics. The law is extended further with lot of rules and procedures. Everything mentioned in the law has been made active and the government has taken steps to prevent discrimination.
