The law deals with discrimination based on childbirth, pregnancy, any medical related discrepancy and sexual discrimination. All these are dealt under the title seven of the act. This title is also applicable to employment agencies and organization of labor. The protection related to pregnancy includes hiring pregnant women.</span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt; tab-stops: 161.25pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Times New Roman;">The organization should not refuse to hire a woman for a job since she is pregnant or any other pregnant conditions or for the related coworkers, clients and customers. The employer should not judge her ability to work under pregnant related conditions. If they feel she is now not in a condition to fulfill their work they can produce a medical certification stating her inability to work and grant her leave and medical claims.</span></p>

The employer should not demand her to work at the time of childbirth. She shouldn’t be treated as other employees under disabled conditions and no comparison should be made. Any such activities if exists in any firm is considered as a pregnancy discrimination and severe action will be taken on the concerned person related to such awkward activities. The discrimination can be avoided by treating her as like other woman employees. Health insurance can be provided. Also for the spouse of the male workers some benefits can be given under family welfare scheme. Thus the welfare of our nation increases by eradicating any discrimination and we must unite together for the welfare our country.</span></p>
