Harrasment Violations of Civil Rights

Harassment describes the act of molesting or troubling an individual or a group. This attitude tends to torment or annoy people psychologically, mentally, physically and sexually. This unsound behavior is largely seen in people above 8 years old. The vile behavior may leave a temporary or permanent damage to the subject. Harassment is a crime that is witnessed in public places, work places, colleges, schools and even at home and among peer groups.

The attitude of ‘bossing’ is seen in school children and younger students are troubled by senior students physically and mentally. Cases from several colleges enunciate larger such incidents through ragging, mobbing etc. Racial harassment is another way of tormenting people where they are discriminated for their origin, birth, tint, class, stratum and religion. This happens when People from one community or behavior or race move to another.

Women are subjected to severe harassment all over. Particularly at the present times severity of such actions are seen in their workplaces. They are verbally and sexually abused. They are stalked by their colleagues in workplaces where they are jeopardized to do immoral activities.

Sexual harassment starts from a very young age. Trafficking children and selling them as sex workers are major problems seen in most of the Asian and African countries. Hazing is a contrived method of humiliation and harassing largely seen in vaunt metros all over the world.

Harassment snatches personal freedom from an individual. It is a penalized crime. Fortuitously every country serves hard on harassers and their activities.
