National Origin DiscriminationNational origin discrimination is to separate people for their ethnic and lingual background or if they are colligated with people of such backdrop. Such type of discrimination likely takes place at recruitment and job oriented areas. Certain workstations the employee is ill-treated, punished or fired on ground of origin discrimination. Employees are harassed in many a cases. Incase of such subjective conditions the employees must feel responsible to take the necessary actions. Witness must also join hands against such unlawful behavior.
Lingual discrimination will be considered only in the case where there is a safe environment with steps targeting efficient operation. This should not interfere with the personal performance of an employee and discriminating on such grounds. National discrimination is against nationality, origin groups, lingual and accent. Such discrimination causes mental agony to people in their work stops. People are deprived of their rights which are offensive.
It is illicit if the organization where the employer is working supports such discrimination. Such organizations will be forced to change policies through imposition of law. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VII), prohibits people from National origin discrimination. This law has proved effective as a number of Official organizations, schools, colleges around the world have been made to compensate huge sum of money for this ill act.
