Overview to Civil Rights

Everyone in the world is fighting for their freedom. Freedom in the sense they have all rights in doing every activities from driving a car to flying in sky. A civil right is a law which enforces everyone to strive for their privileges. This when inferred with other might lead to an action of injury. The best examples to quote civil rights are the right to vote, freedom to speak in assembly and press, involuntary servitude and the equality rights in public places. The law is based on the thirteenth and fourteenth amendment proposed by the constitution. Based on the amendment the bill is guaranteeing rights to achieve freedom and we can also utilize it for the enjoyment of life, property and liberty.

 

Civil rights act of 1964 is the most prominent legislation after reconstruction. The law prevented establishing statues based on sex, religion, previous action of servitude, nationalism, age and physical origin. The civil rights also include avoiding discrimination in hotels, public places, motels, bars, trailer parks, beach and stations. It is only the civil right law which eradicated racism in sex, color and origin. Few people face racial discrimination at working concern. It is not the religion or sex that decides the hidden ability of everyone. All has equal rights to exhibit their talents. Employment discrimination should be strictly avoided and the concern should aim to get all the ideas of individual to excel in their field.
