What are Civil Rights?

It is the right of every human being to be dealt equally without discrimination irrespective of race, origin, social and economic status. It is governed by certain official principles. They root from a national grade and apply to all the nationals. They are molded by judicial and legislative dominions. It protects the physical unity of the people. It is subjective. It changes according to the needs and lifestyle of the people. Hence rights vary with generations.

Canonically certain rights are given to people regardless of the time period. They secure against private groups and orders. Civil rights confines the freedom of a person to him self and that means committing against a person will be considered as a crime. In cases where civil rights are not granted a civil attorney consultation is advanced. Thus just is done through a legal appeal.

Infarction of civil rights will be penalized. Enforcement of law will be done at a severe scale in such a case. Civil Rights are granted for age, constitution, faith, Housing, Politics, Didactics, Matrimony, Sex, origin etc.

Disregard of rights and freedom to a person only in case of a criminal, prisoner or traitor. Mentally deprived and challenged people are conceded with the rights. Civil rights are not deprived to the sick and the ailing. Large number of people suffering from diseases like HIV/AIDS, leprosy is denied of their rights. This is because of the lack of awareness and the ignorant attitude of the people towards knowledgeable behavior and sociable attitude.
